Service Description

WMCare-TN provides independent out-of-warranty washing machine repair services for Bosch, Siemens, and other brands in Chennai. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any manufacturer. Services target post-warranty machines only.

Booking Process
  • Submit form or call for inspection (₹299 fee).
  • Receive quote via phone/WhatsApp before any work.
  • Approve quote to proceed. Inspection fee credits toward approved repairs.
Pricing & Payment
  • All prices quoted post-inspection. No work begins without approval.
  • Cash/Card on completion. No advance payments required.
  • Prices exclude replacement parts (quoted separately using compatible components).
Service Limitations
  • Post-warranty machines only. Under-warranty units declined.
  • No performance guarantees beyond 30-day workmanship warranty on labor.
  • Delays possible due to traffic, parts availability, or access issues.
Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation before technician arrival.
  • Same-day cancellations after arrival charged inspection fee.
Liability
  • Services provided on “as-is” basis. Maximum liability limited to inspection fee paid. Not responsible for pre-existing conditions, improper usage, or consequential damages.
No Warranties
  • We make no guarantees regarding repair success, timing, or machine lifespan post-service. Past performance does not predict future results.
